GENERAL CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

• All claims for warranty should be made to Radian Stores, “ Philips and LG service Centre”. Lusaka located on the warranty card. Please bring  duly filled out warranty card and invoice of purchase.

•  This warranty covers only defects occurring under normal use of the product, when operating in accordance with instructions, and is valid up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Warranty is given that the product recorded in this warranty paper is free from factory Faults. Any defect which, in our judgement, is due to manufacturing, will be served free of charge  and faulty part(s) will be replaced. This warranty is a quality assurance warranty and applicable for repairs and service as stated, this is not a replacement warranty.

• Incase of repairs or replacement of any part / unit, this warranty will thereafter will continue and remain in force only for the remaining un-expired period of the product’s warranty.

OUR WARRANTY POLICY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

• Expense related to mileage or picking up, travelling time or delivery.

• Any transport related charge/ Costs to attend/ Delivery/ Collect any malfunctioning product’s. However, the return will be provided to the branch at no cost - Charge if the item is under warranty and was submitted at a branch of Radian Stores.

• Products failure caused by failure, misused, neglect, normally wear and tear, accidentally breakage and damage, transit damage, inexpert repairs or modification by unauthorized persons,  by house hold insects (like cockroaches), electrical damage caused by power supply, other than the specified voltage, damage caused by lightening/ power surge/ transformers/ high voltage.

• Cabinet repairs, or consumable items such as batteries, belts, bulbs, lens damage due to use of pirate CD/  DVD. Replacement of part due to normal wear and tear, liquid spillage, scratches, forcibly pushing external drives into system ports.

• Products failure caused by flood, cyclones, war, civil commotion, lightening strikes, or other acts of God. Misuse, including failure to use product for it’s normal purpose or incorrect installation.

• Microwave’s ovens and cookers ‘ food cavities burnt residue (caused by overcooking), rust and corrosion.

• Remote controls, accessories, speakers, sub woofers.

FRIENDLY ADVISE

• Please read operation Manual carefully before you start using the product.

• To increase the the life span of equipment, it should be prevented from dust, moisture, cockroaches, and kept in good ventilated position.
