• If you bring the product back to us within 7 days with your proof of purchase, we shall give you a replacement or a refund.

• The refund will be made in form of an Account Payee cheque in your name. If you do not have a bank account, we will issue you a Voucher of the same value which you can use to purchase any other product from any Radian Stores showrooms within next 3 months.
• For getting a refund, you will need to produce proof of purchases (invoice and warranty card).
• If you decide to return the products, they must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging and saleable condition. However some products cannot be returned once bought. (see products marked “#”)
• The Retail Manager will be ultimately responsible for authorising all refunds.

Product Code: When placing an order or requesting a quotation, be sure to refer to the product code for accuracy. The product code is situated at the bottom right  portion of the product section on the catalogue book copy. Where there is no Product code, please refer to the product model number situated above the product description on the online catalogue.
