●	Five equal payment over five consecutive months

●	Finance Charge of 15% will be levied on the principal amount and shall be included in the monthly payments

●	The monthly installment shall be deducted by the Salaries Department from each participating employee and submitted to Radian Limited by a single lump sum cheque accompanied by a schedule detailing individual deductions

●	Upon receipt of the first payment by Radian Limited, a participating employee will be then able to order the items required on production of a photocopy of their identity and the payslip reflecting the correct deduction. Note collection is usually a day after this .

●	Employees wishing to participate will register with us for the item required. This registration form  will be collected from Radian Limited on a monthly basis on a date convenient to enable the salaries department to carry out the needed deductions.

●	In a case where an employee leaves their employ for whatever reason it shall be the employers responsibility to inform Radian Limited and recover the full balance from terminal benefits.

●	All items shall remain the property of Radian Limited until paid for in full.

●	Their Latest Payslip

●	Introduction Letter from the Hr Department

●	Copy of Their Identity

●	Recommendation Letter from Two Workmates Already on This Scheme ( Please Note That the recommendation Is Pre Printed and Will Be Given to When One Is Joining the Scheme)

●	Payment Is Made over Five (5) Months in Five (5) Equal Payments by Post Dated Cheque's. The Amount Payable Will Include a Fifteen Percent (15%) Handling Charge.

●	Delivery Is Normally the Day after All Procedures Are Completed

●	Please Note That This Scheme Is Only Available for Processing in Lusaka

●	Payment to be made within 3 months

●	Collection one day after full payment is made- providing all receipts, photocopy of identity and full description of item is given

●	IN ALL THE ABOVE THREE CASES, NO  ITEM WILL BE RELEASED UNLESS ORIGINAL IDENTITIES ARE PRODUCED.
