Q: Why can’t I pay on Delivery ?

A: For security sake on our staff members and also it’ has been a company policy that we release goods when it has been paid for.


Q: How can I pay for something I have not seen and it’s guarantee ?

A: At Radian Stores you are guaranteed quality services from staff and products, We aim at satisfying customer requests all the time. So what you see in the catalogue is what you get. And if not we will happily refund you your  money back, should you receive what you did not order.


Q: Will I get my Item on time upon payment ?

A: Yes, you will definitely get your required purchased item within the given period of time as stated on the product type.


Q: When happens to my item when it gets damaged during delivery ?

A: Whenever your item is damaged during delivery, Radian Stores will considerably replace your purchased item/ goods as it was  still in company hands before giving out to you. Furthermore if the item can not be replaced will gladly refund your money back in  the most possible way ever.


Q: What happens when I pay for a product that you do not in stock, Do I get a refund of my money or do I have to wait for the next consignment ?

A: If the item is not in stock for whatever reason, Radian Stores will either refund you your money back if you do not intend to wait or  you’ll be given the opportunity to select an alternative product in place of the requested one.


Q: Why should I pay the delivery cost as I have given business to you upon purchasing a product ?

A: Delivery cost are added on purchased products as to meet up transport cost Therefore Radian Stores can not give you a free  delivery on any item that requires delivery.


Q: Why Should I pay for each item during delivery when it is coming in one load ?

A: It’s a company policy to place a charge on each item, This is because during delivery various customers are been covered in a  single trip, so it been a standard measure to pay per item.


Q: Where are our LG products from ?

A: All our LG products are usually sourced from Korea and not from China


Q: Are the products featured in shops or advertisements have the same prices ?

A: Yes all our featured products have the same prices nation wide in every outlet


Q: What happens when I don't find a product that I would want to buy from the shop ?

A: You can enquire from our shop managers and we will gladly source the product for you,hence you can come and buy from the shop enquired


Q: Do we pass on guarantee to your customers or do you give guarantee ?

A: We  do not give guarantee on our poducts.


Q: If the furniture is damaged within 6 six months or a year, can the customer bring it back for repairing at no cost ?

A: Only on selected item such as office chairs.


Q: Do we deliver for areas outside Lusaka Or just within ?

A: Just for customers buying above ten million we do consider delivering

Q: Do you charge for assembling of furniture during working hours if a customer wants to get unassembled goods ?

A: Yes its chargeable


Q: Are your office chairs and sofas made out of genuine leather ?

A: For the office chairs they are made of out PU leather and the sofa’s are made out of pure and bonded leather.


Q: How durable is the furniture that we sale ?

A: Our furniture usually last for a long period of time, depending on the usage of the customer.

Q: How long can you keep the goods for a customer or do we charge storage fee ?

A: We usually keep purchased items for about 2 wks depending on the customer’s situation and needs.


Q: Do we offer higher purchase or “ lay-byes “

A: For higher purchasers it’s done through our Radian finance and lay bys can be done within these outlets “ cha cha cha and retails park “
