    Speak to your shop manager to arrange delivery to your door step or destination within a maximum of 20 km radius.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION WITHIN LUSAKA:

• Assembly and installation of selected electronic and furniture products are offered at an extra charges. See “Support” for more info

• Most furniture comes in a knock down kit (Modular) form with detailed and easy instructions of how to assemble the items you have chosen. All accessories , Screws , nuts bolts, Allen keys etc are enclosed in the box . Assemble the items in the convenience of your home.
• Should you wish our qualified staff to assemble the items a charge will be levied.

WARRANTY AND MONEY BACK POLICY:

• All items purchased carry a warranty of between 6 to 24 months dependent on the product purchased. See “Support”  for details

• A full refund will be paid if you bring back the product within 7 days of purchase (see terms & warranty on “Support”) should you change your mind on your purchase.
